Our Approach
Spruceworks consulted with the vice presidents of R&D and Procurement. After examining their process, we built a plan that strengthened and accelerated corporate strategic sustainability efforts, especially in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Results
Spruceworks recommended emission-reduction pathways comprised of the development and utilization of new innovative carbon-saving technologies, closing-the-loop and effectively upcycling food waste streams.
Based on our work, the company was able to set aggressive and achievable timelines in support of longer-term corporate carbon neutrality goals.
